Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are not eligible for refunds due to third-party registry and licensing costs:
* VPS and Dedicated Servers have a strict 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase.
Disputes & Misuse
Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
Promotion Misuse & Reinstatement Refunds
If a client has misused a promotion or requests a refund after reinstatement of a terminated account, we reserve the right to deduct 6 months of fees from any refund amount. This policy exists to prevent abuse of our reinstatement terms and promotional offers.
