Everything you need to know about moving your websites and data to Middlehost.
Free Migrations
We offer free migrations from your previous hosting provider under certain conditions:
cPanel-to-cPanel: If your previous host allows full backup exports, we migrate websites, emails, SSLs, and configurations.
Manual Migration: For non-cPanel hosts, we provide free manual website migration (files & databases). Note: Email migration is not included for manual transfers.

The number of sites eligible for free manual migration during the Onboarding Period (first 30 days) depends on your plan:

Free migration services are only available during the first 30 days of your new hosting account. If your current site is infected with malware, please review our Malware Cleanup Policy as different conditions apply based on your plan.
If you need to migrate more sites than included in your plan, or if the onboarding period has passed, we offer additional migrations at $10 per site.
Email Migration
Manual email migrations (up to 5GB per address)

Internal migrations (moving services between Middlehost accounts) are subject to the following rules to ensure fair use and prevent promotion abuse:
Eligibility Window
Free internal migrations are only offered within the first 30 days of a new account purchase.
Source Account Requirement
The existing (source) plan must have at least 60 days remaining before its expiry date.
Promotion Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny free migrations aimed solely at exploiting promotional offers or trial extensions.
