Anytime Money-Back Guarantee
We offer an Anytime Money-Back Guarantee, allowing you to cancel your hosting at any point. You will receive a full refund of the remaining amount, calculated based on your plan's monthly price.
Monthly plans: There are no refunds on monthly billing plans after 24 hours from purchase or renewal.

* Refunds are always calculated based on the current base monthly price, even if a promotional discount was applied.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are not eligible for refunds due to third-party registry and licensing costs:
* VPS and Dedicated Servers have a strict 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase. Monthly billing plans follow the 24-hour rule in section 1: no refunds after that window.
Disputes & Misuse
Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
Promotion Misuse & Reinstatement Refunds
If a client has misused a promotion or requests a refund after reinstatement of a terminated account, we reserve the right to deduct 6 months of fees from any refund amount. This policy exists to prevent abuse of our reinstatement terms and promotional offers.
