Anytime Money-Back Guarantee
At Middlehost, we offer Anytime Money-Back Guarantee, giving you the flexibility to cancel your hosting service at any point during your service period. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund of the remaining amount, calculated based on the monthly price of your hosting plan.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds are calculated based on the number of months you have used the service. For instance, if you purchased the Dragon package for a yearly fee of $139.99 and decide to cancel after three months, the refund is calculated as follows:
- Monthly Price: $13.99 (for the Dragon package)
- Amount Used: $13.99 x 3 months = $41.97
- Refund Amount: $139.99 - $41.97 = $98.02
Note: If you used a promotional code or received a discount during your order, the refund will still be calculated based on the full monthly price listed on our website, not the discounted price.
Refunds for Dedicated Servers and VPS
For dedicated servers and VPS services, you can request a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided for the current month.
Refunds for Domain Registrations
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for domain registrations. This is because once a domain is registered, we pay the registry directly and cannot receive a refund from them.
Refunds for Third-Party Services
Please note that we do not provide refunds for third-party services such as cPanel, Imunify, LiteSpeed licenses, or any other services that are not directly provided by Middlehost.
Renewals and Cancellations
Services will be automatically renewed if a valid payment method is added in the system and the service is set to auto-renew. If you wish to cancel a service, you can disable auto-renew on the service, cancel the service through the client area, or create a support ticket at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If a shared hosting service is renewed, you can request a full refund within 7 days. No amount will be deducted from the refund, except for payment gateway fees.
Late cancellation requests made after 7 days of the renewal date will not be eligible for a full refund. In that case refunds will be calculated as mentioned above.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in cases where there is evidence of misuse or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This includes activities such as spamming, resource abuse, or any other prohibited activities outlined in the AUP.
Handling Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Middlehost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services while the issue is being resolved. During the dispute resolution process, services may not be restored until the matter is fully resolved. We encourage clients to contact us directly if they have any issues before initiating a dispute.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours using the original payment method. However, processing times may vary, and refunds could take up to 10 days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Please note that refunds will only be issued to the bank account or card that was used for the original payment. We do not issue refunds to any other bank account or payment method.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only applicable to hosting services.
- No refunds are provided for domain registrations, dedicated servers, VPS services, or third-party services such as cPanel, Imunify, or LiteSpeed licenses.
- Middlehost reserves the right to deny a refund request in cases of service misuse or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Policy Modifications
Middlehost reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
