Migration Policy
Free Migrations
We offer free migrations from your previous hosting provider under certain conditions:
- If your previous hosting is cPanel-based and allows full backup exports, we can migrate all sites hosted on that account. This migration includes everything: websites, emails, SSL certificates, and more.
- If your previous hosting does not support full cPanel backup exports or is not cPanel-based, we provide free manual migration services. This includes website migration only; email migration is not included.
Manual Migration Services
For manual migrations, the number of sites we can migrate for free depends on your plan:
- Mantis Plan: 1 Site
- HummingBird Plan: 2 Sites
- Marlin Plan: 5 Sites
- Dragon Plan: 10 Sites
If you need to migrate more sites than included in your plan, we offer additional site migrations at the following rates:
- $10 per site
Email Migration
If you require manual email migrations, we offer this service at a rate of $5 per email address, up to 5GB per address.
Migration Between Middlehost Accounts
We understand that you may need to migrate your services between Middlehost accounts. Our policy regarding internal migrations is as follows:
- Free Internal Migrations: We offer free migration services between Middlehost accounts if the existing/source plan has at least one month remaining before its expiry date.
- Plans with Less Than One Month Remaining: If your existing/source plan has less than one month remaining before expiry, standard migration fees will apply for internal transfers. Please contact our support team for a quote based on your specific needs.
- Promotion Abuse Prevention: Our migration services are intended to facilitate genuine needs for account transfers. Activities aimed at exploiting promotions through frequent migrations may be subject to review and could result in additional fees or denial of service.
