  • Distributing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious software.
  • Engaging in activities that cause harm to our infrastructure or that of others.

3. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You may not use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending bulk emails without proper consent or opt-in.
  • Harvesting email addresses or other personal information for spamming purposes.
  • Operating mailing lists, listservs, or auto-responders that cause excessive traffic.

4. Resource Abuse

You may not use our services in a way that excessively consumes resources, affects other users, or degrades service quality. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Running excessive background processes or scripts that consume high CPU or memory usage.
  • Hosting high-traffic websites that exceed normal usage thresholds for shared hosting environments.
  • Engaging in cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities.

5. Content Restrictions

You may not host or distribute content that is considered offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
  • Disseminating hate speech, harassment, or material that promotes violence.
  • Hosting or promoting illegal gambling, betting, or lotteries.
  • Hosting APK files or any content related to pirated software.
  • Hosting MP3 files without ownership rights or proper authorization.
  • Hosting streaming websites.
  • Storing website backups directly on the server. Backups should be stored on external storage solutions.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not use our services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hosting, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  • Violating trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Operating websites or services that enable the illegal sharing of copyrighted content.

7. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services. This includes adhering to data protection laws, export control regulations, and any other legal requirements relevant to your activities.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.

9. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your services without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any of the violations listed in this policy. We may inform you 24 hours before such suspension, but in some cases, we may not be able to notify you prior to suspension, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.
