Manual cleanup for Cheap plans is available for a $50 flat fee per site.
Ongoing Security Support
We provide continuous manual cleanup support for Business Hosting customers during their active plan lifetime, adhering to the site limits established in Section 2.
For Cheap Hosting plans, protection is exclusively automated. Any request for manual investigation or cleanup will incur a $50 fee.

Plugin and Theme Maintenance
To maintain a secure environment, all plugins and themes should be kept up to date. Outdated software is one of the primary entry points for security threats.
As part of our cleanup process, we will update any free plugins or themes to their latest versions to ensure all known vulnerabilities are patched.
Note on Site Compatibility: While our primary focus is securing your website, major updates can occasionally lead to layout or functionality changes. If your site requires specialized development work to restore custom functionality after these necessary security updates, our team is available to help; please note that extensive troubleshooting for compatibility issues may be subject to a service charge.
